Duties for Pit Party Coordinator
Information
Schedule for 2009
4:30pm: meet at Allen center to load stuffs to Lindsay's car and Karla's truck. We will load at Benton Lane, in front of the main Allen center [4 volunteers - Lindsay, Karla, Karla's husband, Suporn]
5pm: leave Allen center
5:30pm: arrive at PSC to unload everything except alcoholic beverages [5 volunteers .. need big guys] call Jenny at 206-372-3362 to ask her to let in volunteers, open the door at loading place. ACCESS IS FROM SECOND AVE. THERE IS AN OBSCURE DRIVEWAY TO THE RIGHT AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE ACCESS STREET PARALLEL TO SECOND AVE.
6pm: unload beers, unfold and set up tables, etc
6:30pm: everything should be ready, people coming in.
Volunteers needed:
- 9+ people to help setting up (4 meet at Allen center at 4:30pm, and the rest at PSC at 5:30pm)
- some people to help cleaning up at PSC after
- 4 people to help set up the after party
- 4 people to help clean up after the after party
