Where the first number in each tuple is the number of times the link was transmitted and the second number is the count of how many users posted the link. Note that it is possible for the second number to be larger as a transmission was counted for each possible time a user could have received a link from a fellow user (so in this model one user could have been transmitted the link from multiple other users).
